A NUBUX coupon is a special type of coupon that is accepted by all member businesses for a discount on the goods and services they provide. (The coupons are referred to simply as "NUBUX").

Personal members get NUBUX every week. NUBUX are valued like dollars, so every NUBUX you accept will generally result in a dollar off the customer's final bill.

You are in total control of how much discount you offer, on what, and when. Additionally, member businesses may reuse the NUBUX that they have accepted.

Since personal members have joined voluntarily and NUBUX coupons are accepted at all member businesses, you can imagine the extremely high exposure rate of our advertising!

We also offer advanced data reporting to help you track exactly how your advertisments perform and help you manage your customer relationships.

What are the benefits of becoming a business member?

There are many, but primarily: highly effective, targeted advertising. NUBUX was specifically designed to increase the sales and profits of its member businesses.

Our data collection and processing also allows us to report on the effectiveness of your advertising, customer targeting, and relationship management. No other company or advertising medium can provide you with the same level of information precision regarding your prospects and customers.

How much does it cost?

Membership is free! You get your business listed in the directory, and exposure in our promotions and coupon advertising space. If you are looking for more, we do offer other advanced services to help promote your business! Please ask for more details!

What are the commitments?

None, other than generally accepting NUBUX at the rate that you advertise on your business listing. You choose how much, on what, and when you accept NUBUX. You may choose to leave the NUBUX network at any time.

Is there a minimum or maximum NUBUX discount my business can offer?

No. Offer whatever discount you wish. We generally recommend a 10% discount, since offering less is often not perceived as a value to customers. It really does depend on your business though. Also, higher discounts will increase your business ranking in the directory.

Must I accept NUBUX for all sales?

No. You are free to place restrictions on your acceptance of NUBUX. Please do indicate your restrictions on your member listing though.

Am I required to accept NUBUX coupons that do not have my business name printed on them?

Yes. All member businesses accept NUBUX coupons regardless of the advertisements on a particular coupon. You choose the conditions of your NUBUX discounts, but the advertisements present on a particular coupon should not be a factor.

We have printed and distributed a coupon that brought a customer customer to you! Who cares what the ad says?

A slight exception to this rule is when your business has sponsored a special promotion to be printed on coupons, such as a "two-for-one" special. In that case, only the holder of a coupon with that advertisement would be qualified. Any other coupon would still be eligible for the standard face value discount, but not the "two-for-one".

Is my company required to deposit the NUBUX that it accepts?

No. But why not deposit them and use the credits? They can be used for anything you want. Give them as employee bonuses, customer prizes, or get discounts on your own services and supplies. Also, accepting more NUBUX will also improve your business ranking so you will get more exposure and free advertising.

The coupons you deposit allow us to give you reports on the effectiveness of your advertising and customer targeting and relationship management. We also offer coupon processing services if you find the coupon processing troublesome.

Please refrain from giving the actual coupons that your business receives directly to other people. (They should be deposited, and new coupons from your business should be distributed)
